Crosby New Home Sales & Marketing Announces Alliance
with Country's Leading Real Estate Auction Company

Michael Crosby, president of Crosby New Home Sales & Marketing, an Easton-based  firm offering sales and marketing services to builders and developers of new home projects on the Delmarva Peninsula, has announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Sheldon Good & Company, the nation's foremost real estate auction company.

As the real estate market has softened over the last several months, builders and developers are confronted with inventories of unsold properties that have languished as buyers remain scarce. In forming the alliance with Sheldon Good & Company, Mr. Crosby said that his company now will offer builders and developers another course of action in selling properties.

"The auction process has several benefits," he said, "not least of which is easing the financial pressure of carrying inventories of properties indefinitely." He added that as they accelerate the sales process auctions also bring in higher than expected returns while helping establish the true market value of properties.

By forming the alliance with Sheldon Good & Company, Crosby New Home Sales & Marketing will "add another tool to the toolbox.
